Traditional systems could not support the high-precision material management required in the rail MRO industry, where each incoming material must be tracked in detail by customer, mileage, and serial number.

Solution

BOS Cloud implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Cloud based on industry best practices. The project established standardized business process templates and introduced batch + serial number management to achieve full traceability of customer-supplied materials from receipt to delivery. Parallel ledgers were activated to simultaneously meet Chinese and German accounting standards. PDA systems were seamlessly integrated to support on-site operations.
